Zoe Hunter thought all the questions surrounding her ex's mysterious past had been answered. She couldn't have been more wrong.

I rarely purchase e-books, I love using my kindle e-reader but if I am going to actually purchase a book I want to be able to really hold it. After completing the first installment of On the Run Mysteries (which I did get for free) I was hooked and I needed to find out what came next for Jack and Zoe. Again, I am left considering purchasing another e-book, simply because I want to continue journey with them.Sara Rosett has done a great job pulling readers in with this fast paced, exciting series. Zoe is completely relatable--her emotions and expression changes in moments which happens with real people too. She is brave and resourceful. And while she has unknowingly been thrown into a mess of intrigue she works to find her way out of it and doesn't just leave the work to her ex husband, Jack.
Oh, and there is a sweet romance of relationship rebuilding and I just love seeing it redevelop between Jack and Zoe.
What's going to happen next? I need to finish this so I can go download it and find out!

I love this series. Can't put it down once I start. Very seldom buy ebooks but will for this one. Greatly entertaining with quite a twist at the end to hook you into the next one. Looking forward to it.
The second novel in this series is just as engaging as the first. I enjoyed seeing Jack and Zoe team up for another adventure in Europe. It's fun to see what happens when you put an ordinary person (Zoe) in extraordinary circumstances. I look forward to reading the third one in this series.
This is book two in the series and I enjoyed the story and the adventure. I plan on reading the third one. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is there was much more recapping of the first one than I wanted. I do enjoy the writing style and I am looking forward to Zoe's next chapter.

This book was just as fast-paced and exciting as the first. I couldn't put it down. Jack and Zoe are characters you can relate to even if the situations they are in aren't so much. I just bought the third book in the series and I can't wait to read that one.
The first book reminded me of Jason Bourne (which the author actually mentioned) and this one reminded me more of James Bond. (maybe because it took place in London.)
I've always like action movies but have never really read action books before but these are fantastic. Also, it is clean (which is important to me). I would give this one a PG-13 rating for some situations but nothing too intense.
Always a fun read, although I keep wondering where Zoe and Jack get all their money to travel internationally. I really enjoy the adventure and the travel.
I have enjoyed both of the books I've read in this series, and I would read more of them, but I think the plots are going to be pretty similar. This is escapist fiction, and it's not meant to be anywhere near a true-life adventure. The writing is quite good for the type of book, and I would read more of this author. I hope she's getting to take a tax deduction for travel to all the places she's writing about. That seems like a good business plan!
This is my favorite "cozy mystery" series. I've read all of them (that have been released so far) and now I'm listening to them as I power walk. My favorite thing about this series is it is so different from most cozy mysteries. It is more of an adventure series than a whodunit. The books are set in various locations around the world. Each book comes to a satisfying conclusion with the tease of more adventure to come. This second installment is a perfect sequel. There is a good balance of ties to the original book for it to have the coziness of familiarity with enough new material and situations to not feel like it is a rehash. You definitely need to read/listen to "Elusive" first to follow the plot.
